Gur (jaggery) es un producto natural de la caña de azúcar. Está en una forma más sin refinar que el azúcar. Es una masa cruda de sacarosa de color marrón que adquiere su color debido a otros elementos que se encuentran en concentración, como la ceniza de madera y el bagazo. Jaggery se hace comúnmente a partir de dos productos, que son la caña de azúcar y la palmera datilera.

Would buy again
This is the second time that I ordered this jaggery, chick peas, apricot kernels. Everyone has tastes great and topnotch so is delivery, received my order in two days. Great service! However, their Brazilian nuts didn't taste so good that I ordered last time. They were old and disgusting.
I wished they had jaggery with nuts and almond as well.
The quality of food and jaggery is amazing
