I've heard great things about apricot seeds for health benefits. I've been eating 2 a day. They taste just like almond extract which I love so these are not a problem for me. I also have some extracting so I don't have to buy the "almond" extract.

Although I haven’t been using it very long yet, it seems to be good quality and exactly what was described.

I heard these kernel were good for you and had never tried them before. The package arrived quickly and well packaged. They are very good. Highly recommend.
