DInner tonight included this, finally. The pre-soak is important, and then you STILL boil it. But finally it looks like Indian restaurant basmati.

Genuine sela Basmati rice is probably among the top three long grain rice. Some resellers are either overpriced or not genuine. I consider myself rice expert having worked in that field and the rice factories as well as cooking variety of dishes for over 30 years. The product I received was genuine and priced within reason.
